Aage has more than 20 years experience in recruiting top-managers, functional managers and specialists in Russia and the Baltic States. Aage has since 1994 been responsible for business development and worked as Project Director or Project Manager for several management consulting, technology consulting and/or top-management training & development projects in the USSR, Russia, Ukraine and Baltic States with both local enterprises and Western enterprises operating and investing directly into these countries. Aage holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Aarhus University, and Diploma of Advanced European Studies, Economics, College of Europe, Brügge, Belgium.
