Flemming is a Partner in Humanostics Careers with a focus on Executive Search. He is also the global lead for the company’s functional specialisation of Sales and Sales Management. Flemming has a broad international leadership experience, as Director for organisations in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. It has especially been tasks in establishing new organisations and business activity, Change Management, growth and sales leadership, turn-around, development of organisations and colleagues.
At the same time as managing his career, he has taken a leadership education from Columbia University and is certified as Quality instructor.
